Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Employee Performance Management System (PMS), including data entry, validation, and system updates.

Experience Required

Must Have

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, Data Management, or Back-office Operations, preferably in Performance Management Systems (PMS), HRMS, or HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Performance Management Systems or similar HR software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, and basic Macros.
• Experience in Data Validation, HR Reporting, and Operational Process Management.
