Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational flow for moving goods from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent service levels.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience leading logistics or supply chain operations, with strong ownership of transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory health, including cycle counts, safety stock alignment, and root-cause resolution for discrepancies.
- Experience coordinating multi-stop distribution, shipment execution, carrier performance tracking, and exception handling.
- Strong analytical capability to evaluate performance metrics and translate findings into measurable process improvements.
- Competence with logistics and inventory systems (e.g., ERP/WMS/transport management workflows) and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to prioritize under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining accuracy in documentation and shipment details.
- Willingness to operate on-site in Bangalore, Karnataka, and manage day-to-day logistics execution.
- Working knowledge of logistics best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage inbound/outbound logistics activities, ensuring correct quantities, documentation accuracy, and shipment readiness.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through routine checks, anomaly investigations, and coordination with warehouse teams for corrective actions.
- Develop and implement transportation and distribution plans to balance cost, speed, reliability, and service constraints.
- Track shipment status end-to-end, manage exceptions (delays, damages, misroutes), and implement preventive measures.
