<h3>Standards &amp; Compliance Engineer – BESS / PCS / C&amp;I Systems</h3><h3> </h3> Location: Bangalore Experience: 4+ Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance of BESS, PCS, and C&amp;I products with IEC, UL, IEEE, BIS, and other international standards.</li><li>Prepare compliance matrices, perform gap analysis, and ensure product design meets regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with certification bodies and testing laboratories for product certifications.</li><li>Plan, execute, and monitor product testing and validation activities.</li><li>Review test reports, resolve non-conformities, and maintain compliance documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with design, quality, vendors, and project teams to achieve timely approvals.</li><li>Support customer compliance queries and technical discussions.</li></ul> Required Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems and battery technologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with certification processes and testing methodologies.</li><li>Understanding of compliance documentation and regulatory approvals.</li></ul> Standards Exposure:<ul><li>IEC 62619, IEC 63056, UL 1973, UL 9540/9540A</li><li>IEC 62477, IEC 62109, IEEE 1547</li><li>IEC 61439, IEC 60204, UN38.3, BIS</li></ul> Desired Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a quality-focused approach.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.</li></ul> This profile is ideal for candidates with experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), renewable energy, electrical testing, certification, compliance, or power electronics.
