Job Title: Manager – AWS Managed Solutions Sales

Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – AWS Managed Solutions Sales to drive revenue growth 

for our AWS cloud and managed services portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for enterprise sales, 

building a strong pipeline, managing key accounts, and leading strategic client engagements. 

 This managerial role requires ownership of revenue targets, client acquisition strategy, and collaboration with 

pre-sales and technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

 Own and drive revenue targets for AWS Managed Services and Cloud Solutions 

Develop and execute regional and national sales strategies 

Identify and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients. 

 Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, negotiations, and closures. 

Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers. 

Collaborate closely with AWS alliance teams and internal pre-sales/technical teams. 

Lead strategic proposals, RFP responses, and commercial discussions. 

Track sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting. 

Mentor and guide junior sales team members (if applicable).

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with hands-on experience in testing ecosystems, build systems, and scalable execution environments. You should be comfortable working with complex codebases and building solutions that help engineering teams ship reliable software faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop test execution frameworks and automation solutions.
• Build and maintain systems for test discovery, execution, reporting, and validation.
• Work with test runners, build systems, and development ecosystems to improve testing workflows.
• Develop scalable and reliable execution environments using sandboxed or containerized technologies.
