Job Tittle-Senior Visualizer

As a Senior Visualizer, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality visual communication and mentor junior designers to build a strong creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand brand identity, voice, values, and guidelines to ensure all visual work is aligned with the brand.
• Create static and dynamic designs for social media, email campaigns, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts that transform marketing strategies and briefs into impactful visual communication.
• Deliver high-quality visual content within deadlines while meeting client expectations.
• Work closely with the Art Director and creative team to develop campaign and marketing assets.
• Ensure designs are creative, effective, resource-efficient, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, supporting their skill development and creative growth.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative methodologies, and marketing innovations.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, deadlines, and milestones.

Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visualisation, and creative concept development.
• Strong understanding of layout principles, composition, aesthetics, and visual communication.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• After Effects
• Knowledge of other design and visualisation tools is an added advantage.

Core Skills

• Strong creative vision and ability to develop innovative concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Proven experience in mentoring or guiding junior designers.

1. Consult with clients over the phone regarding visa-related services and requirements.
2. Resolve client queries and concerns through phone calls and email communication.
3. Provide end-to-end assistance to clients throughout the visa application process.
4. Attend to all client calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Follow up with clients to ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
6. Update clients on the status of their visa applications and provide necessary guidance.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
8. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
2. Strong customer service and client-handling skills.
3. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Ability to manage emails, documentation, and appointments efficiently.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Prior experience in visa processing, customer support, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

1. Assist clients with the visa application process and provide clear guidance throughout the journey.
2. Process visa applications and ensure timely submission of required documents to embassies.
3. Leverage AI (Gemini) to create customized Cover Letters and Travel Itineraries that meet strict embassy standards.
4. Ensure error-free filling of online and offline visa application forms with precision and accuracy.
5. Liaise with embassies for updates, status checks, and specific requirements.
6. Use AI to summarize lengthy embassy PDF guidelines into practical team checklists and streamline internal processes.
7. Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and 2026 rule changes across countries (Schengen, US, UK, etc.).
8. Manage and organize client documentation both physically and digitally, maintaining confidentiality.
9. Provide excellent customer support and clear communication throughout the entire visa process.
