Graphic Designer- Team Lead

Experience: 4+ years, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, design, and execution of high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and print.
• Maintain design quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Explore and implement AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, ideation, productivity, and storytelling.
• Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to junior designers while building a collaborative and creative team.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to understand briefs and develop effective design concepts.
• Present creative concepts to clients and ensure designs are aligned with their objectives.
• Manage design workflows, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising quality.
• Monitor design trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/team-handling role.
• Experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital campaigns, branding, social media, and motion design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Job Description: Assistant/Deputy Manager (Proposal & Process of Desalination)

Location: Pune 

Experience: 15-20 years

Education: B Tech (Environmental Science/ Chemistry or Civil) 

CTC: 14-16 LPA

With over four decades of experience and thousands of installations in more than 60 countries, they deliver innovative engineering and advanced water treatment technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proposals & process engineering for desalination (Media Filters, UF, RO systems)
• Process scheme selection and design calculations
• Basic engineering & design: PFD, P&ID, layouts, HFDs, and BEP preparation
• Process equipment sizing, selection, and technical specifications
• Pump head & pressure drop calculations
• Technical evaluation of equipment and system packages
• BOO preparation and cost estimation during bidding/tendering
• Coordination with civil/electrical teams for technical interfaces
• Cross-functional coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Vendor coordination for quotations. cost compilation, and approvals
• Participation in client meetings, technical discussions, and design approvals
• Preparation of tender specifications and resolution of technical queries
• Support to Tendering Manager for timely proposal submission
• Site coordination during erection and commissioning

Skill/Knowledge required:

• Experience in Proposals, Project bidding, Tendering and Cost Estimation Wastewater Treatment & Tertiary Treatment Plants(UF & RO Systems) for Municipal and industrial Projects
• Experience in Engineering execution and Handling of Wastewater Treatment & Tertiary Treatment Plants(UF & RO Systems) for Municipal and industrial Projects
