1. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
2. Transfer calls to the appropriate team members, deliver messages accurately, and respond to general inquiries about business hours, services, and location.
3. Ensure all landline numbers are functional and report any issues to the Admin Department without delay.
4. Cross-check CRM inquiries and accurately enter all client details within 30 minutes of receiving the inquiry.
5. Greet visitors, clients, and candidates courteously, guide them to the appropriate department, and maintain the visitor logbook.
6. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
7. Support administrative tasks, assist new employees with documentation and joining formalities, and train new joiners on telephone etiquette and front desk procedures.
8. Maintain daily reports accurately, ensure timely call follow-ups, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

1. Consult with clients over the phone regarding visa-related services and requirements.
2. Resolve client queries and concerns through phone calls and email communication.
3. Provide end-to-end assistance to clients throughout the visa application process.
4. Attend to all client calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Follow up with clients to ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
6. Update clients on the status of their visa applications and provide necessary guidance.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
8. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
2. Strong customer service and client-handling skills.
3. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Ability to manage emails, documentation, and appointments efficiently.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Prior experience in visa processing, customer support, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

1. Good communication and negotiation skills.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
3. Prior experience in Sales or Business Development is preferred.
