About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – HR (Talent Acquisition) to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

About the Role
We are looking for a Battery Electrochemist – Cell Qualification to join our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, testing, and qualifying lithium-ion battery cells from external suppliers for stationary energy storage applications. This role involves cell characterization, performance validation, degradation analysis, and close collaboration with BMS, thermal, and system engineering teams to ensure the selection of safe, reliable, and high-performance battery cells.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supplier evaluation, battery testing, life prediction, and supporting battery system development for grid-scale, commercial, and industrial energy storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and qualify lithium-ion battery cells from multiple suppliers for BESS applications.
- Execute comprehensive cell characterization and validation tests, including:
- HPPC (Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization)
- Capacity testing
- DCIR (Direct Current Internal Resistance)
- OCV-SOC characterization
- Validate supplier datasheets against actual laboratory test results and identify performance gaps.
- Support supplier benchmarking and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Conduct battery testing under various BESS operating conditions, including:
- Peak shaving

- Load shifting
- Define optimum operating windows for State of Charge (SOC), temperature, and C-rate to maximize battery performance and life.
- Perform cycle life testing, calendar ageing studies, and degradation analysis, including:

- Support battery life prediction models and provide technical inputs for product warranty estimation.
- Collaborate with system engineering teams to correlate cell-level performance with module and battery pack behaviour.
- Work closely with BMS, thermal management, and system integration teams to establish power limits, thermal operating windows, and safety margins.
- Coordinate with battery cell suppliers and external laboratories for testing, validation, and technical discussions.
- Investigate field performance issues and support root cause analysis activities.
- Evaluate cost-performance trade-offs during cell selection and supplier comparison.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, test summaries, and maintain organized test data records.
Required Qualifications

About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Engineer with in-depth expertise in the design, testing, and
validation of battery packs for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role
will be responsible for developing safe, reliable, and high-performance lithium-ion battery
pack systems—from cell selection and mechanical/electrical design to testing, validation,
and compliance.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and QA/QC
teams to deliver battery pack solutions that meet performance, safety, thermal, and
regulatory standards for grid-scale, commercial and industrial applications.

- Design battery pack architecture (cell-to-module, module-to-pack)
