- Sell life insurance products and explain plans to customers.

- Build and maintain customer relationships.

- Understand needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

- Follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate with team for daily sales activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales/Banking/Insurance experience preferred; freshers may apply.

- Customer handling and relationship skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
