  2. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of documents prior to submission.
  3. Coordinate with consulting and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, obtain missing documents, and clarify requirements.
  4. Prepare and organize visa files for submission to embassies, consulates, or visa application centers.
  5. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers for submissions, queries, and follow-ups.
  6. Track visa applications post-submission and provide timely status updates to internal teams.
  7. Ensure passports and documents are received and returned to clients safely and within defined timelines along with acknowledgement.
  8. Maintain accurate records, trackers, and MIS reports related to visa submissions.
  9. Ensure adherence to company processes, service quality standards, and confidentiality policies.
  10. Pick up and drop of documents, passports.
  11. Any other work assigned by the organization on a day to day basis.
