The ideal candidate should have strong experience in government client handling / public-sector business development, preferably within the education, training, skill development, or related sectors. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and execute business development strategies focused on revenue growth and client satisfaction.</li><li>Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential government/public-sector clients.</li><li>Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective government clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Promote company products/services and understand client requirements.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, proposals, and contract closure.</li><li>Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions.</li><li>Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government and institutional clients.</li><li>Guide and develop junior sales/business development team members.</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications <ul><li>3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Institutional Sales, Government Sales, or a similar role.</li><li>Mandatory/Preferred: Experience dealing with government clients/public-sector organizations.</li><li>Strong proven sales and business development track record.</li><li>Experience in the Education / Training / Skill Development sector will be an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of market research and business development.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Strong planning, time-management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.</li></ul>
