Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through structured testing and validation. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to identify issues early, improve product quality, and maintain high development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
• Conduct regression testing on new and existing software builds.
• Track, document, and manage defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Review and analyze system specifications, requirements, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, findings, and resolutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and share quality reports, test metrics, and insights with stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement QA process improvements and testing best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes.
• Experience creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Experience with IoT platforms, GPS devices, sensors, or hardware-integrated software will be preferred.
