E-Commerce Executive – Amazon

Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad (On-Site)

Experience: 1+ Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month


Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive – Amazon with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing Amazon marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, running PPC campaigns, handling FBA inventory, and ensuring excellent account health to drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and SEO.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
  • Track daily sales, advertising performance, returns, and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Maintain Amazon account health by ensuring policy compliance and resolving account issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with the design team for A+ Content, listing images, and Brand Store updates.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Day offers.
  • Manage FBA inventory by creating shipment plans, tracking inbound shipments, and preventing stock-outs.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, product rankings, and market trends to improve product performance.
  • Respond to customer reviews, buyer messages, and product Q&A promptly.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, campaign optimization, and ACoS management.
  • Understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA operations, shipment planning, and FNSKU labeling.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple product listings (ASINs) efficiently.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
  • Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive.
  • Experience resolving Amazon account health issues and policy violations.
