We are seeking an Operations Executive – PMS & Excel to support and streamline Performance Management System (PMS) operations while ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and seamless execution of employee performance cycles. This role is responsible for managing employee performance data, maintaining PMS and HRMS records, generating MIS reports, and coordinating with HR, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth performance management processes.

As an Operations Executive, you will manage day-to-day PMS operations, coordinate appraisal cycles, maintain employee performance records, prepare performance dashboards and reports, conduct data validation and quality checks, and support compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, HR Operations, Performance Management Systems (PMS), and data management, with a process-driven approach and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Employee Performance Management System (PMS), including data entry, validation, and system updates.
• Coordinate annual, mid-year, and monthly performance cycles, ensuring timely execution of each stage.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and PMS tools.
