Job Title: ACCOUNTS & RECONCILIATION EXECUTIVE

Mode: Onsite ( Full time)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an Accounts & Reconciliation Executive ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or

payment gateways. You’ll independently reconcile bank, gateway, and marketplace transactions,

resolve discrepancies, and help build scalable finance processes as we grow. Strong Excel skills

required; Tally/Zoho/SQL a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or Reconciliation

B. Com / M. Com or equivalent

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

Hands-on experience with banks, vendors, customer & marketplace reconciliations

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, large dataset handling)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies

Ability to work independently and manage high transaction volumes with accuracy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile bank, vendor, customer and payment gateway accounts daily, weekly & monthly

• Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain records and support month-end, year-end closings and audits

• Prepare reconciliation and MIS reports for management

GOOD TO HAVE

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Experience handling payment gateways such as Razorpay, Goquick

• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
