A growing California, USA based CPA firm looking to fill a Tax Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager role for remote work based out of India. This will be a work from home full-time role.

Key requirements:

• 4+ years experience in both US accounting and tax preparation as this role will require working on both US taxes and accounting. 
• Master’s degree or CA required.
• Software used includes Lacerte (for taxes) and QuickBooks (for accounting) so the candidate needs to have hands-on experience working on both software.

Role Overview

As a Yardi Functional Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing functional support, troubleshooting, business process guidance, and solution recommendations across various Yardi modules. Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Advisory

• Provide functional support to Yardi clients across Residential, Commercial, and Retail property management operations.
• Analyze client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client business processes and recommend best practices within Yardi.

Helpdesk & Ticket Management

• Manage support tickets through helpdesk systems and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prioritize incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until closure.

Functional Consulting

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Configure and support Yardi modules based on business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Assist clients with system optimization and adoption initiatives.

User Training & Documentation

• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs, process documents, and solution documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.

Collaboration

• Work closely with technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

• 3–5 years of experience working with Yardi applications.
• Strong understanding of:
• Residential Property Management
• Commercial Property Management
• Retail Property Management
• Experience supporting property management operations, leasing, tenant management, maintenance, and financial processes.

Support Experience

• Experience in client-facing support roles.
• Strong helpdesk/ticketing support experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues independently.
• Experience working within defined SLAs and support frameworks.

Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to interact confidently with international clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.

Technical Awareness

• Understanding of Yardi Voyager workflows and configurations.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, Power BI, or Yardi Reporting is an advantage.
• Exposure to Yardi ancillary products is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Voyager modules.
• Exposure to Yardi Elevate, VendorCafe, CommercialCafe, ResidentialCafe, Maintenance IQ, or related products.
• Understanding of real estate accounting and property management processes.
• Experience supporting clients in North America, EMEA, or APAC regions.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance (Accounts & Finance) to own the company's finance and accounting function while working closely with the Founders and Co-Founders on financial planning, business decisions, profitability, and finance policies.

This is a senior, high-ownership role requiring a combination of accounting expertise, FP&A, business analysis, and commercial understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR, AP, billing, and collections.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS, P&L, cash-flow reports, budget vs. actuals, and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash-flow management.
• Conduct project-wise and business-segment profitability analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to Founders and Co-Founders for business decision-making.
• Support leadership in pricing, cost control, investments, resource planning, and commercial decisions.
