Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of the Safai Mitra platform across government departments, municipalities, and Smart City initiatives. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and representing the company through effective product presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with government bodies and municipalities.

• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Job Title: ACCOUNTS & RECONCILIATION EXECUTIVE

Experience : 1-3 Years

Location: Noida

Mode: Onsite ( Full time)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an Accounts & Reconciliation Executive ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or

payment gateways. You’ll independently reconcile bank, gateway, and marketplace transactions,

resolve discrepancies, and help build scalable finance processes as we grow. Strong Excel skills

required; Tally/Zoho/SQL a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or Reconciliation

B. Com / M. Com or equivalent

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

Hands-on experience with banks, vendors, customer & marketplace reconciliations

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, large dataset handling)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies

Ability to work independently and manage high transaction volumes with accuracy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile bank, vendor, customer and payment gateway accounts daily, weekly & monthly

• Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain records and support month-end, year-end closings and audits

• Prepare reconciliation and MIS reports for management

GOOD TO HAVE

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Experience handling payment gateways such as Razorpay, Goquick

• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
