Job Title : Business Development Manager – Commercial Interior TurnkeyLocation: Pune, MaharashtraEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 7–15 Years About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience in commercial interior turnkey and civil fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in Pune and a proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, manage bids, and close projects. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business opportunities for commercial interior turnkey and civil fit-out projects.</li><li>Leverage a strong Pune network of architects, PMCs, developers, consultants, and corporate clients to generate qualified leads.</li><li>Identify upcoming commercial projects and build relationships with key decision-makers.</li><li>Manage the complete BD cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, bidding, negotiation, and order closure.</li><li>Prepare and coordinate presentations, proposals, BOQs, and commercial bids with estimation and design teams.</li><li>Understand project costing, interior materials, procurement, and commercial requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams for project feasibility and execution planning.</li><li>Negotiate with clients and drive projects toward profitable closure.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and referral business.</li><li>Track the Pune market, upcoming projects, competitors, and maintain an updated sales pipeline/CRM.</li></ul> Key Requirements<ul><li>7–15 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in commercial interior turnkey, interior fit-out, civil fit-out, or construction.</li><li>Prior experience with a commercial interior/turnkey company is preferred.</li><li>Strong and demonstrable network in Pune across architects, PMCs, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.</li><li>Proven track record of independent lead generation and project closures.</li><li>Good understanding of interior execution, costing, procurement, BOQ, tendering, and contracts.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth and sales targets.</li></ul> Preferred<ul><li>Experience working with PMC / Construction / Interior Fit-out / Design &amp; Build companies.</li><li>Knowledge of commercial tendering, bidding, and negotiation processes.</li><li>Strong relationships with architects, developers, PMCs, and corporate procurement teams in Pune.</li></ul>
