If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying business opportunities, and being at the forefront of a growing tech-driven company, this role is for you.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><h4><strong>Lead Generation:</strong> Execute targeted outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other omni-channel tactics to generate qualified leads.</h4><h4><strong>Prospecting &amp; Qualification:</strong> Identify key decision-makers, engage them with our value proposition, and qualify leads for the sales team.</h4><h4><strong>Pipeline Management:</strong> Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity information in the CRM - Fresh sales.</h4><h4><strong>Market Research:</strong> Stay informed on industry trends, outbound strategies, and competitor offerings to strengthen outreach quality.</h4><h4><strong>Target Achievement:</strong> Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for qualified meetings booked and pipeline contribution.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></h4><h4><strong>Experience:</strong> 2- 3 years in B2B inside sales or SDR roles, in the access control industry.</h4><h4><strong>Tools Knowledge:</strong> Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Fresh Sales, Sales Navigator) and outreach tools.</h4><h4><strong>Sales Expertise:</strong> Proven ability to prospect, generate, and qualify leads independently.</h4><h4><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent written and verbal English skills with confidence in pitching and objection handling.</h4><h4><strong>Social Selling:</strong> Skilled in building rapport through platforms like LinkedIn and email outreach.</h4><h4><strong>Mindset:</strong> Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></h4><h4>Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools or automation platforms.</h4><h4>Experience in selling SaaS, IOT, or Access control solutions.</h4><p><br /></p>
