The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in embedded firmware development and a sound understanding of hardware electronics. In this leadership role, you will manage both firmware and hardware teams, work closely with clients to gather technical requirements, break down projects into manageable tasks, and ensure high-quality execution. You will also be responsible for identifying resource gaps, guiding product development, and ensuring effective integration between firmware and hardware systems.</p><h3><br /></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead the Electronics Department, managing firmware and hardware engineering teams</li><li>Design, develop, and test embedded software using microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32)</li><li>Integrate wireless communication protocols such as BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi, and 4G LTE</li><li>Implement and work with standard communication protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, RS485, RS232, and CAN</li><li>Translate client requirements into executable tasks and allocate responsibilities</li><li>Estimate time and resources for project deliverables in firmware and hardware domains</li><li>Develop device drivers and embedded software modules</li><li>Contribute to schematic design, PCB review, and basic to intermediate hardware debugging</li><li>Ensure effective collaboration between firmware and hardware teams</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation and development records</li><li>Work with external partners on quality audits, specifications, and compliance</li><li>Oversee FPGA/VHDL-based signal processing design and control system commissioning</li><li>Support prototype development and functional testing of systems</li></ul><h3><br /></h3><h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field</li><li>5–10 years of experience in embedded firmware development</li><li>Basic to intermediate hands-on experience in electronics hardware design and review</li><li>Proficiency in embedded C/C++ and real-time software development</li><li>Experience with BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi, and 4G LTE technologies</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial protocols and embedded interfaces</li><li>Proven experience in team leadership and project management</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally as per project needs</li></ul><h3><strong>Benefits:</strong></h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and career advancement opportunities</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development</li><li>Opportunity to lead and shape high-impact technical solutions in a fast-growing organization</li></ul>
