<h1>Job Description: HR Executive</h1><h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage and oversee HR operations and ensure activities are in alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to align with the overall business strategy.</li><li>Oversee employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and exit formalities.</li><li>Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.</li><li>Monitor and manage the HR budget and coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing on SAP Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.</li><li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in accordance with local labor laws in the UAE.</li><li>Foster a supportive and innovative working environment that promotes employee engagement.</li><li>Utilize SAP Strategy Management tools for strategic planning and execution within HR functions.</li><li>Coordinate the implementation of HR projects and track progress through effective project management practices.</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist with a strong understanding of HR principles and procedures.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of SAP Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and SAP Strategy Management.</li><li>Strong project management skills and experience in handling HR projects from inception to completion.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capacity.</li><li>Ability to work onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant HR technology.</li><li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive HR matters.</li></ul><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and strategies and recommend improvements.</li><li>Facilitate organizational development initiatives and contribute to shaping the company culture.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employees to discuss grievances, seek guidance, and provide HR-related support.</li><li>Provide training sessions and workshops to address employee development needs and career progression.</li><li>Implement employee engagement programs to incentivize productivity and enhance retention rates.</li><li>Develop and manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Coordinate team-building activities and organizational events to promote a cohesive work environment.</li><li>Prepare and present HR reports and analyses to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage talent acquisition processes efficiently.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation maintenance.</li></ul>
