The role primarily focuses on Sophos and CrowdStrike endpoint solutions. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deploy, configure, and support Endpoint Security solutions in enterprise/data center environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Sophos Endpoint / Intercept X / Central and CrowdStrike Falcon.</li><li>Exposure to Trend Micro Deep Security/Apex One, Trellix, and SentinelOne.</li><li>Perform L1-level troubleshooting during deployment and operations.</li><li>Monitor security alerts, events, and dashboards.</li><li>Escalate incidents to L2 teams or OEM Global Technical Support.</li><li>Maintain deployment and incident documentation.</li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of Endpoint Security &amp; EDR concepts.</li><li>Experience with Sophos and/or CrowdStrike.</li><li>Knowledge of malware, ransomware, and incident response.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and communication skills.</li></ul> Education &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>B. Tech (Computer Science) / BCA / MCA (Not pursuing any course).</li><li>CCNA or relevant Cyber Security/Networking certification preferred.</li></ul> Experience Criteria:<ul><li>1–3 years of experience.</li><li>Minimum 2 years in Endpoint Security deployment preferred.</li></ul>
