Experience working with React components, state management, and props.</h4><h4>Deep understanding on manage state in a React Native app using a library like Redux</h4><h4>Strong knowledge of React Native UI design principles, patterns, and best practices</h4><h4>Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning</h4><h4>Knowledge of the open source React Native ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks</h4><h4>Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements</h4><h4>Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications</h4><h4>Understanding of how to create custom native modules and use the React Native bridging API to connect native code with JavaScript code</h4><h4>Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability</h4><h4>Ensure that all code is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards</h4><h4>Manage the deployment process of the final product </h4><h4> </h4><h4><strong>What We're Seeking</strong></h4><h4>Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3-5 years of experience •  Experienced in React Native, ReactJS, GIT, API integrations(using Axios) and JavaScript.</h4><h4>Ability to articulate the design with team members and discuss strategy/requirements with teams.</h4><h4>Ability debugging the issues in native code in Android and iOS, including the use of tools like Android Studio, Xcode, and the command-line debugger</h4><h4>Knowledge of how to optimize the performance of React Native apps that use native code, including understanding the impact of native code on app performance</h4><p><br /></p><h4><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h4><h4>React Native and ReactJS</h4><h4>JavaScript</h4><h4>Exposure to Native app development on either iOS or Android </h4><h4> </h4><h4><strong>Soft Skills</strong></h4><h4>Experience and preference collaborating in a team environment.</h4><h4>Ability to focus on given priorities and deliver artifacts on time (deadline driven).</h4><h4>Ability to quickly communicate challenges incurred during projects.</h4><p><br /></p><h4><strong>Good to have Skills</strong></h4><h4>Cross-platform development: Experience building apps that run on both Android and iOS platforms, including knowledge of platform-specific differences and best practices</h4><h4>Mobile app deployment: Understanding how to deploy mobile apps to app stores such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, including familiarity with the publishing process and app store guidelines</h4><h4>Native mobile app development: Experience working with native mobile app development platforms such as Android and iOS, including familiarity with the languages (Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C) and tools (Android Studio, Xcode) </h4>
