<h4><strong>Job Title: Accounts &amp; Operations Coordination Executive</strong></h4><h4><strong>Location:</strong> Pali, Rajasthan (Onsite)</h4><h4><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time </h4><h4><strong>Experience: </strong>2-3 years </h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Role Summary</strong></h4><h4>The Accounts &amp; Operations Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities, product costing, stock and inventory control, raw material and finished goods tracking, and dispatch coordination.</h4><h4>This role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who can ensure accurate documentation, statutory compliance, and seamless coordination across departments to support smooth factory operations and management decision-making.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchase entries, invoicing, GST documentation, payment follow-ups, and voucher management in <strong>Tally Prime</strong>.</li><li>Prepare daily reports, MIS, monthly closing data, reconciliations, and support audit processes using Tally ERP/Prime and Excel.</li><li>Conduct product costing analysis to ensure accurate pricing and profitability tracking.</li><li>Maintain inward/outward stock records of raw materials and finished goods with proper reconciliation.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, wastage, scrap, variances, and maintain reorder levels to support procurement planning.</li><li>Conduct stock audits and ensure accurate consumption tracking.</li><li>Manage dispatch documentation, vehicle coordination, packaging compliance, and timely delivery of finished goods.</li><li>Prepare operational and dispatch MIS reports for management review.</li><li>Support purchase documentation, maintain supplier records, track supplier performance, and coordinate payment follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure timely inward entries and coordinate material quality checks with production.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, factory safety, and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with production, accounts, purchase, and dispatch teams to maintain operational discipline and provide structured management updates.</li></ul><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></h4><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>Tally Prime</strong> and core accounting principles.</li><li>Experience in product costing, inventory control, and dispatch management.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp Business</strong> communication.</li><li>Strong communication, follow-up, multitasking, and time management abilities.</li><li>Ability to enforce compliance and maintain operational discipline.</li></ul><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Requirements (Must-Have)</strong></h4><ul><li>Mandatory hands-on experience with <strong>Tally Prime</strong> for accounting and reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of product costing, inventory management, and dispatch operations.</li><li>Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.</li><li>Willingness to relocate to <strong>Pali, Rajasthan</strong> and work onsite at the factory.</li><li>Flexibility for shift-based work and cross-department coordination.</li><li>Minimum <strong>2–3 years of relevant experience</strong> in Accounts/Operations.</li><li>Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Business Administration <em>(MBA preferred but not mandatory)</em>.</li></ul><h4><br /></h4>
