Job Title: SAP IBP Project ManagerLocation: Santa Clara, CA (100% Onsite from Day 1)Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)Start Date: Immediate or Max 2 Weeks’ Notice Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP Supply Chain Planning implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP IBP projects.The candidate should have strong experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and supply chain planning projects, along with excellent stakeholder management and project governance skills. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP IBP implementation projects.</li><li>Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselines.</li><li>Coordinate with multiple vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams across parallel projects.</li><li>Track project progress, risks, and issues using Jira.</li><li>Manage dependencies across SIT and UAT testing cycles.</li><li>Provide regular status updates, reporting, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Lead planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.</li><li>Drive project governance, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.</li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li>13+ years of overall IT / Consulting experience</li><li>7+ years of Project Management experience</li><li>Experience managing SAP Supply Chain / Planning implementations</li><li>Hands-on exposure to SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP)</li><li>Experience with Jira for project tracking and defect management</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Experience managing multi-vendor environments and parallel project streams</li></ul> Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience with SAP APO or OBP</li><li>Experience with S/4 HANA supply chain modules</li><li>Knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Chain Optimization</li><li>PMP / Prince2 or equivalent certification</li><li>Software development background</li></ul> Education:Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
