Job Title : Sales Relationship Manager Type: Full-time Location : Mumbai Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Source new customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Open Market Sourcing) </li><li>EMI Calculation, and Foyer Knowledge.  </li><li>Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products. </li><li>Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets. </li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files. </li><li>Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing. </li><li>Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion. </li></ul> Skills:  Good communication and interpersonal skills.              Understanding of home loan products and processes.              Ability to work in a target-driven environment.              Self-motivated and proactive.  Eligibility Criteria <ul><li>Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline). </li><li>Experience: 0–3/ 3-5/ 5 -10 years in sales (preferably in financial products, real estate, or banking). </li></ul>
