Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development &amp; Sales:Generate secured business through Home Loans and LAP products.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Identify and acquire new customers through direct sourcing and market activities.Conduct regular field visits for client acquisition and relationship building.2. Channel Partner &amp; DSA Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and DSAs.Develop new DSA associations to increase business opportunities.Drive productivity and engagement from channel partners.3. Realtor &amp; Builder Association:Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and property consultants.Generate business leads through realtor and builder networks.Expand market reach through strategic tie-ups.4. Area Mapping &amp; Market Coverage:Conduct area and geography mapping regularly.Identify potential markets and new sourcing opportunities.Plan sales activities in coordination with reporting managers.5. Relationship Management:Maintain healthy relationships with customers and partners.Ensure high customer satisfaction for repeat business and referrals.Provide prompt support throughout the loan process.6. Reporting &amp; Compliance:Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking records.Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.Provide timely updates on business performance and pipeline.
