<h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of project management experience within data center or infrastructure environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, racks, cabling, and networking.</li><li>Proven experience managing complex, multi-vendor projects.</li><li>Prior experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) implementations.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and independently, applying strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills to day-to-day operations and project execution.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel to multiple facilities as required.</li><li>Working knowledge and hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio.</li><li>Ability to align project tasks and technical solutions with defined business requirements.</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul>
