We are looking for a Master Cam Programmer who creates and optimizes CNC programs using Mastercam software , collaborates with engineers and machinists , and ensures quality by interpreting technical drawings , managing fixtures , and overseeing machine setup and operation. Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Program Development :- Create and maintain CNC programs for various machines like Lathe , VMC , Wirecut using Mastercam software .</li><li>Optimization :- Analyze and optimize toolpaths , speeds , feeds , and cutting strategies to reduce cycle times and improve productivity .</li><li>Collaboration :- Work with engineers and machinists to interpret specifications , resolve issues , and ensure programs are clear and comprehensible .</li><li>Setup and Operation :- Design and program fixtures , select tools , setup machines , and monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality .</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience :- Previous experience in CNC machining and setup using Mastercam is essential . Ideally it should be 2-3 years .</li><li>Software Proficiency :- Strong knowledge of Mastercam is required . Experience with other CAD / CAM software like SolidWorks is often needed .</li><li>Technical Skills :- Ability to read and interpret blueprints , technical drawings , and GD &amp; T ( Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing ) is critical .</li><li>Machine Operation :- Familiarity with operating CNC machines , includng setting controls for speed , feed , and coolant flow , is necessary .</li><li>Bachelor's Degree :- ( B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical ) is often preferred .</li><li>ITI / Diploma :- ( Eg.
