Lead Engineer -Building Management SystemsLocation: PuneJob Type: Full -Time  Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics &amp; Communication Engineering.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>4–5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).</li><li>Experience working on global projects across Europe (UK, Sweden, Denmark, Data Centers), USA (East &amp; West), and Australia.</li></ul> Technical Skills<ul><li>Expertise in graphics development &amp; Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including:</li><li>Chilled Water &amp; Hot Water Systems</li><li>AHU, FCU, VAV, VRV</li><li>Unit Heaters (UH), Reheat (RH)</li><li>Fan systems, Electrical systems, Lighting controls, Sewage systems</li><li>Floor plans, equipment, HVAC systems</li><li>Lighting, Fire &amp; Security systems</li><li>Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and network layouts</li><li>Hands-on experience with Schneider Electric software:</li><li>EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO)</li><li>Project Configuration Tool (PCT)</li><li>Sigma, TAC Vista, Continuum</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe PDF, and PDF XChange Viewer.</li></ul> Project &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Manage 8–10 projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experience in resource planning, project planning, and customer communication.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 members.</li><li>Estimate new projects, migration projects, and ongoing site jobs related to graphics.</li><li>Prepare project progress reports, delivery schedules, and timesheets.</li><li>Conduct weekly customer review meetings to ensure timely delivery.</li></ul>Quality, Training &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and implement quality control, process, and training documents.</li><li>Conduct technical and process training for team members.</li><li>Participate in monthly audits, RACI audits, and quality performance review calls.</li></ul> Note:<ul><li>Working Days: 6 Days &amp; 9:30 am to 06:30pm (1 &amp; 3 Saturdays are off, 2 &amp; 4 Saturdays are working)</li><li>Interview Rounds: 1st - Virtual, 2nd - F2F </li></ul>
