This role is ideal for individuals interested in net-zero buildings and high-performance design, and who thrive in a dynamic startup environment.</p><p><br /></p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Develop 3D energy models (BIM-gBXML-Energy conversions).</li><li>Perform climate and environmental analysis using Rhino, Grasshopper, and Ladybug tools.</li><li>Support founders and senior analysts in simulations, analysis, documentation for green certification, and research.</li><li>Convert complex data into visually compelling and insightful client presentations.</li></ul><p><br /></p><h4><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Educational Background</strong></h4><h4>B.Arch / M.Arch (Subject matter expertise preferred over degrees).</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h4><ul><li>Working knowledge of Rhino/Grasshopper.</li><li>Proficiency in 2D CAD.</li><li>Basic exposure to Ladybug tools (Grasshopper), DesignBuilder, ClimateStudio, and BIM.</li></ul><p><br /></p><h4><strong>Data &amp; Analytical Skills</strong></h4><h4>Interest in learning Python, Excel, or Tableau for data analysis.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Core Competencies</strong></h4><ul><li>Strong technical understanding of building construction.</li><li>Passion for designing high-performance buildings.</li><li>Interest in sustainable and data-driven design practices.</li></ul><h4><br /></h4>
