The ideal candidate should have experience in IT/SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle. ﻿Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to generate business opportunities.</li><li>Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through outbound sales activities.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business requirements.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.</li><li>Research market trends and identify potential business opportunities.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and follow-ups.</li><li>Travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>MBA in Sales &amp; Marketing preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / B2B Sales.</li><li>Experience in international sales will be an added advantage.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain client relationships.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).</li><li>Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.</li><li>Professional and presentable personality.</li><li>Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.</li></ul>
