Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client workflows and business goals. Drive adoption of CRM configurations, marketing drip campaigns, telephony integrations, distribution logic, and prioritization rules. Respond promptly to client issues with urgency and professionalism. Identify operational gaps and recommend scalable improvements. Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for engineering teams. Lead onboarding and implementation independently. Maintain detailed documentation of client configurations and feedback. 🧠 Must-Have Skills &amp; Experience 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success / TAM / Solutions Consulting roles in a SaaS environment. Strong understanding of mortgage origination processes and lender workflows. Hands-on CRM configuration experience. Strong technical acumen (integrations, telephony systems, marketing automation). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple enterprise clients. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with minimal supervision. 💡 Preferred Experience Exposure to telephony platforms (Twilio, RingCentral, Five9, etc.). Understanding of lead routing, priority rules, and distribution models. Experience implementing drip campaigns (SMS, Email, Calls).
