Job Title :Campaign Delivery Manager – International &amp; Domestic CampaignsLocation: GurugramExperience: 2–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for a Campaign Delivery Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery and performance of international and domestic affiliate and performance marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign delivery through both phone and web channels, with proven experience managing campaigns for US and UK clients, as well as domestic markets.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring campaign volume, lead quality, performance, tracking, and delivery targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end delivery and operations of international and domestic performance marketing campaigns.</li><li>Deliver campaigns through both phone and web-based channels.</li><li>Manage campaigns for US, UK, and domestic clients.</li><li>Coordinate with publishers, affiliates, advertisers, call centers, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.</li><li>Monitor leads, calls, clicks, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROI, and lead quality.</li><li>Ensure campaigns achieve agreed volume, quality, and performance targets.</li><li>Monitor daily campaign performance and identify delivery gaps and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with publishers and partners to increase campaign volume while maintaining lead quality.</li><li>Manage tracking links, pixels, postbacks, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking where required.</li><li>Work with Tech/CRM teams to resolve tracking, integration, attribution, and delivery issues.</li><li>Conduct lead/call quality checks and ensure compliance with campaign requirements.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.</li><li>Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to management.</li><li>Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, publishers, affiliates, and delivery partners.</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2–5 years of experience in Campaign Delivery, Affiliate Marketing, Campaign Operations, or related roles.</li><li>Proven experience in campaign delivery for both international and domestic markets.</li><li>Mandatory experience delivering campaigns through both phone/call and web channels.</li><li>Experience managing campaigns for US and UK clients.</li><li>Strong understanding of lead generation, CPL, CPA, conversion, and performance marketing models.</li><li>Experience managing publishers, affiliates, advertisers, call centers, or delivery partners.</li><li>Good understanding of tracking links, pixels, postbacks, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work under tight deadlines.</li></ul> Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, CRMs, and campaign dashboards.</li><li>Experience managing high-volume lead and call campaigns.</li><li>Experience with lead validation and quality management.</li><li>Knowledge of campaign optimization and improving lead/call quality.</li><li>Experience working with US/UK performance marketing campaigns.</li></ul> Key KPIs<ul><li>Campaign delivery and volume achievement</li><li>Lead and call quality</li><li>CPL/CPA and ROI performance</li><li>Campaign turnaround time</li><li>Publisher/partner productivity</li><li>Tracking and reporting accuracy</li><li>Client satisfaction and campaign compliance</li></ul>
