Your role is to guide, persuade, and close high-value enrollments.This is not a passive counselling role — we are looking for strong closers. <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Manage and own the entire lead pipeline</li><li>Convert warm inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email</li><li>Understand prospects’ career goals and recommend suitable programs</li><li>Handle objections related to: Fees, Course structure ,ROI, Career opportunities</li><li>Execute consistent and structured follow-ups</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly sales/enrolment targets</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM systems: Lead status, Call notes, Follow-up schedules</li><li>Provide feedback on lead quality and customer objections</li><li>Represent the brand professionally at every interaction</li></ul> <h4>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h4><h4>Must Have</h4><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in:Inside Sales / Admissions / EdTech Sales / High-ticket Sales</li><li>Strong spoken English communication skills</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Confident and persuasive telephone communication skills</li><li>Ability to join immediately</li></ul> <h3>Good to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience in EdTech, Finance, or Premium Services Sales</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management</li><li>Basic understanding of financial markets or trading</li><li>Experience in high-ticket sales (₹1 lakh+ deals)</li></ul><h4> </h4>
