<h3>Java Developer</h3><h3>Location: Jaipur - (Onsite)</h3><p>Fulltime</p><p><br /></p><h3>Roles and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications for enterprise systems using object-oriented programming principles.</li><li>Build and enhance backend services that integrate with internal tools and external platforms through well-defined API contracts.</li><li>Develop RESTful endpoints and ensure consistent request/response behavior, error handling, and validation.</li><li>Implement data persistence and retrieval logic using ORM-based approaches for maintainable and performant database interactions.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.</li><li>Write clean, readable, and well-documented code that supports long-term maintainability and team collaboration.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help enforce engineering standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement reliable fixes with appropriate logging and monitoring.</li><li>Contribute to performance tuning by optimizing database queries, service logic, and system integration patterns.</li><li>Ensure security best practices are followed across authentication/authorization flows and data handling.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong experience building backend applications in Java-based environments.</li><li>Proficiency with Spring-based application development and modular service design.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Hibernate or similar ORM technologies, including entity mapping and query optimization.</li><li>Experience developing and consuming RESTful Web Services, including API versioning and contract alignment.</li><li>Solid understanding of relational databases, schema design basics, and data access patterns.</li><li>Working knowledge of testing practices (unit/integration) and debugging techniques.</li><li>Ability to write efficient code and handle concurrency, transactions, and error propagation correctly.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an onsite environment in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.</li><li>Experience with agile delivery and iterative improvement of software features.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver backend features and improvements from design through implementation, testing, and deployment readiness.</li><li>Develop REST APIs, including validation, standardized responses, and robust exception handling.</li><li>Model and manage persistent data using ORM mappings, ensuring correctness and performance.</li><li>Integrate services with other components and external systems while maintaining clear contracts and documentation.</li><li>Maintain code quality through reviews, refactoring, and adherence to defined engineering guidelines.</li><li>Monitor application health, investigate defects, and support deployments with timely issue resolution.</li><li>Optimize system performance by improving database interactions and tuning service behavior.</li><li>Support continuous improvement by contributing to technical documentation, runbooks, and design discussions.</li></ul>
