Job Title: Account Manager – Partner Sales Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description -We are seeking an Account Manager who focuses on achieving quota by growing revenue in existing partners as well as penetrating new partners and geographies. The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of developing and executing partner coverage plans and consistently delivering on revenue targets.The role requires understanding IT skilling plans of enterprises via partners and how they adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate should be analytically strong, thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be tech-savvy. Responsibilities -Drive business development for ETT sales, certification solutions, reskilling offerings, persona-based offerings, and content developmentIdentify, recruit (MOU), and onboard new channel partners (LARs, VARs, distributors, learning partners, hardware OEMs)Create and execute business plans (joint calendars for certifications) to meet sales goalsWork with partners to plan and execute GTM strategies to generate and grow demandUpsell and cross-sell to partners to achieve higher salesAnalyze market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awarenessEvaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvementsEducate partners about product portfolio and complementary servicesAddress partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing concerns in a timely mannerManage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunitiesDeliver customer presentations and participate in sales meetings and partner conferencesSupport partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and promotionsDrive partner sales to meet or exceed revenue targetsBuild strong consultative relationships with partnersOwn and drive bookings, revenue, and margins across PAN IndiaCreate and manage a database of prospective partners and establish connectionsDevelop and execute strategic plans to maintain a robust sales pipeline across existing and new partners/geographies Qualifications -BE / BSc IT / MSc IT / MBA (desirable)2+ years of experience in IT solution sales1–3 years of experience in sales management Skills &amp; Requirements -Strong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of emerging technologiesGood presentation, interpersonal, and selling skillsAbility to listen, understand, and engage effectivelyTarget-driven mindset with strong commitmentAbility to handle workload and pressureWillingness to travel Job Functions -Sales &amp; MarketingInformation Technology<h4> </h4>
