<h4><strong>Job Title:</strong> Account Executive</h4><h4><strong>Department: </strong>Accounts</h4><h4><strong>Location: </strong>Delhi</h4><h4><strong>Experience Required: 2-5</strong> Years</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Position Summary</strong></h4><h4>We are looking for an Account Executive to support the accounting team by maintaining accurate financial records and handling day-to-day accounting activities such as transaction recording and account reconciliation.</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><h4><strong>1. Bookkeeping &amp; Data Entry</strong></h4><h4>Record daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries</h4><h4>Maintain and update the general ledger</h4><h4><strong>2. Reconciliation</strong></h4><h4>Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records</h4><h4>Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues</h4><h4><strong>3. Expense Management</strong></h4><h4>Review and process employee expense reports</h4><h4>Assist in monitoring budgets and company expenditures</h4><h4><strong>4. Other Responsibilities</strong></h4><h4>Provide administrative support to the accounting team</h4><h4>Stay updated on financial policies, regulations, and best practices</h4><h4>Perform additional tasks as assigned</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Qualifications</strong></h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Education</strong></h4><h4>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Experience</strong></h4><h4>2–5 years of experience in accounting or a related role</h4><h4>Experience in a CA firm is preferred</h4><h4><br /></h4><h4><strong>Required Skills</strong></h4><h4>Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices</h4><h4>Proficiency in accounting tools such as Tally and MS Excel</h4><h4>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</h4><h4>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</h4><p><br /></p>
