We’re looking for someone who can lead the editorial vision simplifying money, investing, and business into engaging, binge-worthy content that resonates with a large audience.The ideal candidate will also be a camera-confident Anchor, capable of hosting the show, leading the team from the front, and owning the end-to-end content journey — from deciding topics and shaping the positioning of each story to reviewing and finalising scripts in Hindi. Key Responsibilities1. Editorial Leadership<ul><li>Own content strategy, topics, and positioning of the channel</li><li>Work with writers/researchers and other anchors to shape scripts and narratives</li><li>Ensure accuracy, credibility, and audience relevance</li></ul> 2. On-Camera Anchor<ul><li>Host daily finance videos for YouTube</li><li>Explain complex topics (stocks, SIPs, economy, personal finance) in a simple, relatable way</li><li>Bring strong screen presence,authority, clarity, and storytelling</li></ul>3. Content &amp; Growth<ul><li>Identify trending finance topics, news, and viral angles</li><li>Collaborate with design/edit teams for high-retention videos</li></ul> Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Prior experience as a finance creator / journalist,</li><li>Background in Finance, Economics, or Business</li><li>Solid understanding of finance (stocks, mutual funds, economy)</li><li>Strong communication skills (Hindi)</li><li>Excellent camera presence and storytelling ability</li><li>7 to 8 Years of experience </li></ul>
