We are growing rapidly and expanding our direct-from-customer procurement model.We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented sales professional to onboard used bike dealers across the Delhi NCR region.If you have experience working with bikes, understand engines and parts, and want to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance team — this role is for you. <h4>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h4><ul><li>Onboard and manage used bike dealers across the Delhi NCR region to expand the company’s dealer network.</li><li>Drive dealer activation through regular market visits, relationship building, and structured follow-ups to achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.</li><li>Own the assigned territory by identifying, visiting, and converting prospective dealers into active partners.</li><li>Manage the complete dealer onboarding lifecycle, including lead generation, pitching, documentation, training, and go-live support.</li><li>Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers to ensure engagement, retention, and consistent business flow.</li><li>Track dealer performance, leads, and conversions using Google Sheets and CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and performance analysis.</li><li>Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback to internal teams to optimize onboarding and sales strategies.</li></ul> KEY REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>2–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG background preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and convincing skills.</li><li>Graduation in any stream (BBA preferred).</li><li>Good understanding of bikes and their parts (preferred).</li><li>Strong familiarity with the Delhi NCR region and an existing network is a plus.</li></ul> WHY JOIN US?<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives.</li><li>Exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup.</li><li>Positive and performance-driven work culture.</li><li>Health benefits.</li><li>Flexible work timings.</li></ul>
