The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience, a well-established personal network of architects, builders, consultants, and developers, and the ability to drive business through channel partnerships. Key Responsibilities<ul><li> Develop and grow business through architects, consultants, and design firms</li><li> Leverage existing self-created professional network to generate leads and closures</li><li> Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and developers</li><li> Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits</li><li> Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, negotiations, and closures</li><li>Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports</li><li> Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships in Delhi NCR</li></ul> Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li> Educational Background: Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent preferred)</li><li> Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales/business development within construction, real estate, or allied industries</li><li> Strong existing network of architects, builders, and consultants</li><li> Proven track record of achieving sales targets</li><li> Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li> Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction workflows</li></ul> Preferred Skills<ul><li> Experience in architect-channel sales</li><li> Ability to manage high-value B2B clients</li><li> Strategic thinking and market knowledge of Delhi NCR</li><li> Self-driven with strong ownership mindset</li></ul>
